Sulla medaglia interna CLEMENS XII PONT MAX Busto del Pontefice a destra con camauro, mozzetta e stola ornata; sotto il taglio della spalla, nome dell'incisore cancellato. R/ S. Luca pittore, ritrae la Beata Vergine col Bambino che irradiata esce dalle nubi; dietro il cavalletto, il bue; sotto, HAMERANO F. Opus E o O Hamerani. Inedita ?. Estremamente rara. g. 100,50.
