Introduced as an evolution of the famous ref. 96, the ref. 570 achieved immediate and enormous success, remaining in production for a remarkable 30 years. Crafted predominantly in precious metals, this Patek Philippe icon was produced over time in numerous dial variations.
What makes this lot a piece of exceptional rarity is the magnificent black lacquered dial with gold-printed graphics. The deep dark background is beautifully illuminated by four diamonds set at the cardinal points.
