Jeanneau 42i is a cruiser that combines elegant and modern lines with a large space, both above and below deck. The project by Marc Lombard is characterized by a wedge-shaped hull with stern sections as wide as the max beam. The deck layout is definitely geared to cruise with all the manoeuvres in the cockpit and the mainsail rail positioned on the deckhouse. The wide, twin-helm cockpit with full-function cockpit table, three large storage lockers and a dedicated life raft locker provides the space and storage necessary for passage making and live on board.
