Piero Zen (1879–1950) was an Italian designer and manufacturer of Art Nouveau furniture, born in Vicenza, Veneto. He was the son of Carlo Zen (1851–1918), a renowned Italian cabinetmaker and artist, and frequently collaborated with him on furniture art pieces. Piero Zen distinguished himself for his ability to blend Liberty and modernist elements, foreshadowing the Art Deco style and contributing to the evolution of early 20th-century Italian design. His works are now collected and auctioned by specialized houses such as Aste: cambi, which recognize the historical and artistic value of his craftsmanship [2][3][9].
