Le prime aste di arte moderna e contemporanea organizzate da Cambi Casa d’Aste risalgono ai primi anni duemila, ma è dal 2008, con l’arrivo di Michela Scotti, esperta in arte moderna, che le vendite diventano appuntamenti costanti e il Dipartimento ha registrato una sensibile crescita. Decisivo anche il contributo di Daniele Palazzoli che, a partire dal 2017, ha portato in Cambi l’esperienza maturata nella storica Galleria Blu di Milano, teatro e testimone di molti cambiamenti e mutamenti nel mercato dell’arte a partire dagli anni ‘60.
