The 50 DS is the successor of the previous 49 and has been developed by the designers Philippe Briand for the performance side and Vittorio Garroni for the style, decoration and comfort, and project-managed by the Jeanneau design office. Al the controls are rationally placed in the cockpit, which is divided in three functional areas, for the helmsman, for good time around he huge table and for sunbathing. The powerful winches and the electric-powered one ease all the manouvers.
