Rectangular case with engraved dedication inside and cabochon sapphire thumbpiece, ivorine arabic dial with pierced gold hands and diamond-set bezel beneath a similarly set crown on a hinged circular flap to a portrait miniature of a gentleman, diamond -set initial S below.Movement with lever escapement.Case and movement in quite good condition, dial with some filatures.
