Dial, case and movement signed, in good conditionDIAM: 40 mm THICKNESS: 13 mmNOTE: Parisian horologist Abraham-Louis Breguet founded the Breguet Watch Company in 1775. Shortly thereafter, Queen Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVI became so enamored with his self winding watches they began to buy various pieces for themselves and the rest of the royal family. Breguet would go on to patent some of the most innovative technologies that the watch world has ever seen, including the tourbillion regulator, the perpetual calendar, and the gong spring. Each Breguet watch is manufactured with a coined edge case and manually engine-turned guilloche dial that feature a signature hollow eccentric moon hand as well as distinctive numerals.
