NOTE: Patek Philippe produced the reference 1450 from 1940 until approximately 1960. This model is known as the Top Hat by collectors because of how the profile of the watch looks. The reference 1450 is one of the classical shaped wrist watches made by Patek Philippe. The cases for this reference were made by Markowsky and the dials were made by Stern Freres.
