Milan
A single-themed auction before Christmas dedicated to one of the geniuses of 20th-century Italian design: Piero Fornasetti joined by some creations by his son Barnaba. More than 100 lots ranging from the famous Tema e Variazioni plates, Calendario series objects to bookends and lamps. As a top lot: a pair of hand-painted doors made for a villa on Lake Como in 1953.
