The bottles are to be considered as a collector's item.

The buyer acknowledges that due to the nature of the goods, due to their age, they are sometimes fragile. There may be loss or deterioration of the goods in transit. it is recommended that the goods be collected from our premises.

"Statements regarding the state of conservation of the lots must be considered as an opinion of the experts and do not bind the responsibility of the auction house. The external evaluation of the bottle which includes level, state of the label, capsule and color cannot be in no case replace the tasting judgment which remains the only effective one as regards the effective organoleptic value of the wine for sale.”

If you prefer that we deliver the goods, we exclude all liability for such loss, breakage or deterioration, which may occur while the goods are in transit by us, from our premises to your premises. It is the buyer's responsibility to have adequate insurance in place to cover the goods in transit from our premises to your desired location.

The objects will be awarded at the lowest possible price in relation to the previous offer. In the case of equal offers, the first receipt prevails. Auction fees equal to 25% up to the achievement of € 200,000 and 20% for the part of the price exceeding this figure must be added to the hammer price for each individual lot.
