Recante il bollo "COMANDO SUPERIORE DELLA V LEGIONE VENETA/CACCIATORI DEL SILE" (N. 25 - Cap. XIII - P. 4). Questa Legione fu costituita a fine aprile 1848 e comandata dal Colonnello Amigo, il cui incarico gli fu conferito dal Generale Alberto della Marmora.
