1928, Charles Lindbergh “Good will tour”, cover from Colon to Genoa (Italy)
Franked with 2 c. red and 5 c. blue (Yv. 157/158 - Scott 256/257) overprinted “Agencia Postal/ENE 11 1928/Colon” mechanic circular date stamp in violet. On the backflap coat of arms of “Navigazione Generale Italiana” Shipping Company and lettering “Piroscafo Re Vittorio” that probably carried the letter to Genoa. Very Interesting.
