Introduced in 1989, Ref. 3960 was launched to celebrate Patek Philippe's 150th anniversary. Released as a limited series, Ref. 3960 was encased in various materials, including 2,000 in yellow gold, 150 in white gold and 50 in platinum. During its initial launch, the reference attracted a great deal of interest from collectors, as it is an elegant wristwatch packed with the company's typical features.
