Interessante esemplare di grande modulo la cui paternità però è in discussione. Sotto al busto del pontefice è infatti presente il monogramma SV forse identificabile col grande medaglista Ferdinando de Saint-Urbain. Visto però il carattere grossolano delle legende (e l'errore ortografico al rovescio) sembra difficile attribuire al celebre artista francese la realizzazione.
