The purchaser acknowledges that due to the nature of the goods and their age, they are sometimes fragile. Loss or deterioration of the goods may occur during transport and we strongly recommend that the goods be collected from our premises. We exclude all liability for loss, breakage or deterioration, which may occur while the goods are being transported from our premises to the desired location.
"Statements regarding the condition of the lots should be regarded as expert opinion and do not bind the responsibility of the auction house. The external assessment of the bottle including level, condition of the label, capsule and colour can under no circumstances replace the tasting judgement which remains the only effective judgement regarding the actual organoleptic value of the wine for sale."
