Graphic art from the past is back in the spotlight with an auction dedicated to vintage posters and iconic collectors' items. The sale will take place on 26 March 2025 at 2pm, offering the opportunity to acquire authentic testimonies of design and advertising history.

The auction presents a curated selection of vintage posters, works that have marked decades of visual communication with their unmistakable style. Each poster tells a story, bearing witness to the evolution of taste, printing techniques and artistic trends of its time. Alongside these works, the catalogue also offers an eclectic collection of pop objects, unique pieces that, thanks to their iconic design and distinctive symbolism, evoke the collective imagination of entire generations.

The top lots in the posters category include rare and refined creations such as Aleandro Villa's ‘Società Termale Italiana - Porretta Terme’, a lithographic poster created around 1906, an expression of an era that made advertising graphics a refined art, with an estimate of between €3,500 and €6,000.

Another piece of great relevance is the poster of ‘La Dolce Vita’ created by Sandro Simeoni in 1960 for Federico Fellini's masterpiece, printed by the historical typography Vecchioni & Guadagno in Rome, estimated between €8,000 and €10,000.

Also of great historical and iconographic value is Luigi Bompard's ‘Rimini Grand Hotel’ poster, created around 1900 and a symbol of the golden age of Italian tourism, with an estimate of between €7,000 and €9,000.

In the Collectibles segment, rare and sought-after pieces stand out, including a static Alitalia agency model, made around 1965, which retains the charm of the era intact, with an estimate of between €2,500 and €3,500.

Another item of great interest is a thermoformed Alfa Romeo sign dating back to the 1950s, an iconic symbol of industrial design of the period, with a diameter of 150 cm and an estimate between €1,200 and €2,000.
