Cassa raffigurante Carlo Alberto di Savoia drappeggiato da un elegante mantello in ermellino e reggente in mano uno scettro. Affianco alla figura del Re, su di un tavolo, vi è rappresentato il documento inerente al Regio Editto con il quale si istituì il Consiglio di Stato nel 1831.Cm 51x38x15
