The famous Patek Philippe ref.3970 wristwatch was produced from 1986 to 2004.
The peculiarity of the 3970EP version (where the E means waterproof) resides in the closed caseback that before was under pressure now becomes a screw.
This one in particular has a rare black dial with white gold indexes and a double closed and visible case-back.

il celebre orologio da polso Patek Philippe ref.3970 è stato prodotto dal 1986 al 2004. La particolarità della versione 3970EP, dove la E significa impermeabile, risiede nel fondello chiuso che prima era a pressione ora diventa a vite. Questo in particolare monta un raro quadrante nero con indici in oro bianco ed è dotato di doppio fondello chiuso e a vista.
