Cambi is pleased to present the first prestigious House Sale of 2021: the important collection of the Vicenza-based Palazzo Loschi Zileri dal Verme, consisting of furnishings, sculptures, bronzes, paintings and decorative art mainly from the neoclassical era, will be auctioned on October 20 in corso Andrea Palladio 42, in Vicenza.

Designed in the second half of the 18th century for the brothers Alfonso and Francesco Loschi, Palazzo Loschi Zileri dal Verme overlooks the most elegant street in the historic center of Vicenza, Corso Palladio. Fascinating neo-Palladian work, the building represents the manifesto of the style of the Vicenza architect Ottone Maria Calderari (1730 - 1803), whose activity was inspired by the great architect Palladio.

The luxurious noble floor of the splendid building is now owned by the designer and fashion entrepreneur Claudio Biasia, who began his personal collection of works of art in the frescoed rooms of the house.

Over the years, Biasia has collected a handsome neoclassical style furniture and refined works of art capable of fully and uncompromisingly representing the style of the time.
