Bottles are to be considered as collector's item.

Buyer acknowledges that due to the nature of the merchandise, due to age it is sometimes fragile, there may be loss or deterioration of the merchandise during transport and it is recommended that the merchandise be picked up from our premises.

"Statements regarding the condition of the lots should be regarded as expert opinion and do not bind the responsibility of the auction house. The external evaluation of the bottle including level, condition of the label, capsule and color can under no circumstances replace the tasting judgment which remains the only effective one regarding the actual organoleptic value of the wine for sale."

If you prefer that we deliver the Goods, we exclude all liability for such loss, breakage or deterioration, which may occur while the Goods are being transported by us from our premises to your premises. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have adequate insurance to cover the Goods while in transit from our premises to your desired location.

Items will be awarded at the lowest possible price relative to the previous bid. In case of equal bids, the first one received will prevail. For each individual lot, auction fees of 25% up to € 200,000 and 20% for the portion of the price exceeding this amount are to be added to the adjudication price.
