Cambi Auction House was founded in Genoa in 1998, and from its very first house sales, it distinguished itself in international auctions.
Initially specialising in antique art auctions, today its offerings are divided into three macro areas: antique, modern and luxury.
Over the years, the departments of Modern Art and Design, Oriental Art, Jewellery, Watches have undergone significant development.

In 2004, with the move to the prestigious headquarters of Castello Mackenzie, a long season of success and great expansion began and, ten years later, the desire to establish itself on the international market was marked by the inauguration, in 2013, of the Milan headquarters in Palazzo Serbelloni. In the same year, following numerous sales records, Cambi exceeded €23 million for the first time, becoming the leading auction house in Italy in terms of turnover.

During the second decade of the 21st century, Cambi continued to set national and international records in all departmentsdepartments, which currently number twenty-six and cover all areas of art and collecting.
