Vezzi and Hewelcke of Venice, Antonibon delle Nove, Geminiano and Vincenzo Cozzi, but also Doccia, Capodimonte, Real Fabbrica di Ferdinando IV, Meissen, Vienna, Sèvres and other rare manufactures for more than 170 porcelain artifacts come from the Grand Canal to Castello Mackenzie in Genoa: it is Porcellane Venete ed Europee di un Importante Famiglia Veneziana, the first live appointment that the Cambi maison dedicates to the department Maioliche e Porcellane europee.

In the rich catalog, composed of lots mainly from 18th-century Italian manufactures mainly of Venetian origin - Vezzi and Hewelcke of Venice and Antonibon delle Nove - we find an exceptional white porcelain centerpiece group depicting a dwarf holding a lion by the bridle and a very rare cup with a crowned heraldic coat of arms, in whose shield is painted the statue of the Colossus of Rhodes, the only example of this service that has reached us complete with saucer.

There are many exceptional pieces from the Venetian factory of the brothers Geminiano and Vincenzo Cozzi, already exhibited in Venice at Cà Rezzonico in the important exhibition Geminiano Cozzi e le sue porcellane (2016), and published in the catalog. Prominent among the latter are several rare chinoiseries, a cup painted with the caricature figure of a dwarf.

We also mention the unpublished Este group consisting of four figures, and two cups decorated with scenes of Christ as a child, very rare porcelain from Treviso.
